SHIPPING AND RETURNS

  • the PGWEAR store provides shipping of products to all countries in the world
  • free delivery in Poland applies to orders over PLN 200
  • free delivery to EU countries (excluding Cyprus, Malta, Greece, Croatia and Ireland) applies to orders over EUR 65
  • shipping cost of purchased goods starts from EUR 5 – the final cost is given after adding products to the shopping cart. The cost depends on the destination country and the weight of the shipment
  • the customer has 100 days to return the purchased goods
  • free return applies to orders from EU countries (excluding Cyprus, Malta, Greece, Croatia and Ireland) and applies to orders over EUR 65,
  • if the return of the goods results in a reduction of the order amount below EUR 65, the return is made at the consumer’s expense
  • if the value of the order was lower than EUR 65 or the order comes from a country outside the EU and Cyprus, Malta, Greece and Ireland, the customer is obliged to send the goods back at his own expense to the following address:

  • to return the goods, use the return option on the list of orders in the customer’s account in the shop, or fill in the return form available at: URL The completed form should be sent to: shop@pgwear.net
  • the FREE return procedure is carried out by courier companies: DPD, UPS, GLS depending on the country to which the return relates.

COMPLAINTS

We are very sorry that the PGWEAR product is faulty or damaged. To make a complaint about a product, please fill in the return form in the customer’s account in the shop or fill out the return form available here.
